On Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Wyman Elementary School had an i-Ready pep rally to energize students and get them excited about taking the i-Ready diagnostic this week. Students assembled in the all purpose room in the afternoon. While the song, “Who Let the Dogs Out” played, each class took a victory lap led by fifth grader Oliver R., running by the decorative classroom banners they had created. The energy level was contagious and became even greater as Snargg, one of the i-Ready characters burst through the doors and did his own victory lap! To get some tips for taking the diagnostic, students watched a quick video called “You Got This”. The pep rally came to an end with some cheer call backs- Who are We? Wyman Wolves! What do We Want to Be? Awesome! What are We Going to Do? Do Our Best on the Test!

Mr. Rafanelli would like to give a few shout outs. I'd like to shout out and thank Tera Brady, Michelle Holt, Cynthia Bowden and Claudia Botthof for all of their help with today's iReady Pep Rally. Also, thanks to all faculty/staff for taking part in an exciting event to get our students motivated and try their best on the MOY iReady diagnostic test! Good luck to all students as they do their best to show what they have learned.
Special thanks to Snargg for always being such a good sport!
