Aspen is currently down and final class rosters have not yet been finalized. Your child will need basic supplies for the first days of school. School supplies lists will be sent out & posted as soon as teachers are back to work over the next few weeks. Enjoy every minute of summer!

Chromebook Repairs - In the event that a student's Chromebook is in need of repair, we will be offering three drop off locations this summer. Repairs can be dropped off Monday through Friday between 9am and 12pm. Please see below for the location closest to you.
Students who attend Cedar Hill, Greenwood, Park, Robertson, Scott, Toll Gate High School and Winman Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Toll Gate High School (Main Entrance).
Students who attend Lippitt, Oakland Beach, Sherman, Warwick Neck and Veterans Memorial Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Veterans Memorial Middle School (Main Entrance).
Students who attend Hoxsie, Holliman, WELC, Norwood, Pilgrim High School and Wyman can drop off a device in need of repair to Pilgrim High School (Main Entrance).
A repair form will be available at the drop-off locations where you can describe the problem and also provide a phone number for us to contact you once the repair is complete.

Good Afternoon Holliman School Community,
Out of an abundance of caution and due to the predicted excessive heat on Thursday, June 20th, WPS is dismissing all students, faculty and staff 2 1/2 hours early. Holliman dismissal will begin at 12:40pm. Students will still be served lunch, just at an earlier time. As you know, this is the last scheduled day of school, we hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer.

Holliman students were kept inside for about 20 minutes while the WPD and I investigated a possible suspicious individual who had been on school grounds earlier in the morning. The officer surveyed the perimeter of the building and this suspected suspicious individual was not on school grounds. All staff and students were safe at all times.

All 5th grade participants should report to 1089A Narragansett parkway no later then 9am. Wear your holliman 2024 shirt!

Instructions During the Parade
The parade begins promptly at 10am.
Parents/guardians listed on the permission slip MUST remain in the vicinity of the parade for the duration of the parade.
We will have water for the students.
The kids can bring their own water bottles and snacks. We will have a trash bag to dispose of any trash.
Have your child wear or bring sunscreen even if it's cloudy.
Students who are on the float MUST remain on the float.
Students may not join the parade once it has begun.
Students may not leave the parade once it has begun.
