1. A baby photo for a "Guess Who?" page.
2. K - 4th grade school event photos for the "Remember When" page. (First Day of School, Trunk or Treat, PJ Party, Family Dance, etc.)
3. Type a brief note to your 5th grader to wish them luck.

Our black top project courtesy of BCBS of RI and Playworks is coming along beautifully! I know many families like to spend time at our playground after school. Please avoid the blacktop. Thank you!

***BCI Checks***

VOWS will be doing BCI checks on Friday, 9/26/25 at dismissal and during the PTA meeting on Tuesday, 10/21/25 at 6:15pm. If you would like to volunteer this year you must have a current BCI check on file in the main office with Miss Ann. They expire after a year.

Good Morning Holliman Families,
Just a few reminders about morning arrival;
Please use the drop off loop via Mullen Rd. Pull all the way up as far as possible so that we can unload multiple cars at once.
If you must park please carefully enter the parking lot and go directly to the left and park. If you do park, you MUST walk your child through the parking lot to the walkway. For safety reasons, no child should be dropped off in the parking lot. If you are walking your child to school, please avoid standing near/ at the entrance to the lot. The buses need room to navigate the turn. Our morning arrival routine is one of the safest and efficient and I thank you all who help keep it that way.

Hello Holliman Families!
A HUGE thank you for this morning's smooth arrival! I don't think we have ever had all cars unloaded by 9:01 on the first day of this routine! Today did take longer than usual due to many families new to the "old Holliman" routines. The drop off loop does get quicker as the days go on. Older students may hop out of your vehicle on the passenger side onto the lined walkway and you may go around the vehicles that are unloading little ones. This also quickens the routine. Again thank you so very much for making morning arrival organized and safe for our students.

Good Morning,
Today begins our drop off procedures using the drop off loop via Mullen Rd.
Please have your child seated on the passenger side of the car if possible.
Pull all the way up to the all purpose room door or behind the car in front of you.
Please do not exit your vehicle.
Your child(ren) will exit the vehicle on the passenger side.
If necessary, a staff member will assist your child in getting out of the vehicle.
You are allowed to pass/go around cars in front of you that need a little extra time; there is plenty of room to do this in the drop off loop.
Most of the lot will be closed off for the buses.
If you MUST enter the parking lot, please take an immediate left once you enter the lot.
Do not follow the buses
Please let all family members who may be dropping off your child about this routine.

We will follow the same dismissal procedures as the first day of school.

Thank you all for such a smooth first day of school. I don’t think we’ve had a better first day! It was so much fun watching the smiles on everyone’s face!
Tomorrow we switch to our permanent arrival routine.
I encourage all families arriving via car to enter the student drop off loop via Mullen Rd. There are specific details in the NEWS section of our website. Holliman.warwickschools.org
